Google Chrome
- Click on the Menu button from the top right corner (3 vertical dots)
- Click on Delete Browsing Data
- In this screen, choose Last 7 days or Last 4 weeks from the Time Range drop-down menu
- Click on the Advanced tab and ensure the following options are ticked:
- Browsing History
- Download History
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Passwords and other sign-in data
- Autofill form data - Then click on the Clear Data button
Microsoft Edge
- Click on the Menu button from the top right corner (3 horizontal dots)
- Select Settings from the drop-down menu
- From the menu to the left, select Privacy, search, and services
- Scroll down to Clear browsing data, then click on the Choose what to clear button
- Select Last 7 days or Last 4 weeks from the Time Range drop-down menu
- Ensure the following boxes are ticked:
- Browsing history
- Download history- Cookies and other site data
- Passwords
- Autofill form data - Click on the Clear now button
Mozilla Firefox
1. Click on the Menu button from the top right corner (3 horizontal lines)
2. Then click on Settings and then Privacy & Security
3. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data, then click on Clear Data
4. Tick the boxes for Cookies and Site data and Cached Web content
5. Then click on the Clear button
