Google Chrome
- Click on the menu tab (located in the top right of your browser)
- Click on More Tools and click on Clear Browsing Data
- In this screen, choose All time from the Time Range drop down menu
- Click on Advanced and ensure the following options are ticked:
- Browsing History
- Download History
- Cookies and other data
- Cached images and files
- Passwords
- Autofill from data
- Hosted app data - Then click on Clear Data
Mozilla FireFox
- Click on the History tab (located in the top right of your browser, fourth from the right
- Then click on History and then Clear recent history
- From the Time Range option, choose everything and then ensure the following boxes are ticked:
- Browsing & Download History
- Form & Search History
- Cookies
- Cache
- Active Logins - Then proceed to click the clear now option.
Microsoft Edge
- Click on the Menu tab (located in the top right of your browser)
- Select Settings from the drop down menu
- Click on Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data
- Ensure all of the boxes are ticked, except for Media licenses and Website permissions
- Click on the Clear button
Internet Explorer
- Click on the tools tab (located in the top right corner of your browser)
- Then click on Internet Options
- In the General tab, under the Browsing History section, tick the box that reads delete browsing history on exit then click delete.
- Ensure the box Preserve Favorites website data is UNTICKED and all other boxes ARE TICKED in this screen (except the Tracking Protection option) and click on
delete - Click OK to close the menu
