Solution 1 - Refresh the page
Press CTRL and F5 simultaneously on your keyboard to refresh the page, then try opening the game again.
Solution 2 - Uninstall and redownload the game
- Go to My Games at the top of the website
- Hover your cursor over the game and click the trash can icon to delete it
- Now redownload the game and test it again
Solution 3 - Set your text size to 100%
- Right click on your desktop and choose Display settings
- Under Scale and layout set the text size to 100% (or recommended*)
- Test the game again
*If your text size is already set to 100%, set your text size to the one recommended by your computer instead.
Solution 4 - Use a different browser and disable browser extensions
We recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox as your browser. We also recommended temporarily disabling any active browser extensions and then trying the game again.
Chrome Extensions: Tools > Extensions > Toggle off
Firefox Extensions: Menu > Add-Ons > Extensions > Disable
Solution 5 - Update your Operating System
Click on the Start/Search option on your system, type in Check for Updates and hit Enter. Windows will show any available updates, which you can install and then restart your system after.
