Solution 1 - Change the compatibility settings of the game
- Show all hidden files and folders:
- Right click on the Windows image in the bottom left corner of your screen and choose File Explorer
- From the top of the new window, click on View and then tick the Hidden Items box - Open the folders in the following order: This PC > OS (C:) > ProgramData > activeMARK > instant > apps
- Locate the folder with the name of the game and double click to open it

Right click on the file with the name of the game (game icon image and type: application) and click on Properties
- Under the compatibility tab check the box for Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 7 or Windows XP (Service Pack 3 or 2) and click on Apply
- Try to open the game again through the website to see if the issue is resolved
Solution 2 - Lower screen resolution settings
- Right click on your desktop and select Display Settings
- Under resolution, temporarily change it to 800x600 (or to 1024x768, 1280x768)
- Try the game again as it should now open
- Go back to resolution and change your settings back to the recommended setting and your game will continue to work
Solution 3 - Run the compatibility troubleshooter
- Open the folders in the following order: This PC > OS (C:) > ProgramData > activeMARK > instant > apps
- Locate the folder with the name of the game and open it
- Right click on the file with the name of the game (game icon image and type: application) and click on Troubleshoot Compatibility
- Try the options in the troubleshooter* and save the settings once the game is working correctly
*Note: Once the adjustments are made, head back to the website to test the game form there.
