How do I download my purchased games?

There are two different types of purchased games, so depending on what you see on your Purchased Games page, the way to download those games will differ. 

Games that appear as large icon images as per the example below, can be downloaded as follows:

1. Click on My Games, then click on Purchased Games
   
   
2. Click on the Play button to begin the installation. Check the notifications icon in the upper right corner to view the installation progress.
   
   
3. Once downloaded, click on Play and the game will launch.
   
   
4. For easy offline access, a game icon/shortcut will be created on your desktop once you have downloaded the game (purchased games only). 
   
   

Games that appear in a list titled 'Purchased games from GameHouse Classic' and have a Download button can be downloaded as follows:

1. Click on My Games, then click on Purchased Games
   
   
2. Scroll down to Purchased games from GameHouse Classic and click on Download to begin the installation
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the installation file from the bottom left of your screen and Run this file
   
      
   
   
4. A game icon for the game will appear on your desktop once the installation is complete and our old game window will open
   
   
5. Click on the Unlock Purchased Game or Already Purchased button and enter the same email address and password you currently use to sign into your GameHouse account on the website. Please disregard all other buttons and options in the game window.
