- Then, click on Purchased Games

Please reach out to the Customer Support Team with the following information so they can help you locate your game(s).
- Your full name
- The email addresses used to buy the game
- The purchase receipt
I might have used a different email address to buy my game
It's possible that the game(s) you're missing were purchased using a different email address than the one you currently use. If so, try logging into that account to see if you can locate your games.
